A winning World Cup start for Brewster

Rhian Brewster helped England enjoy a resounding start to their FIFA U17 World Cup finals campaign with a 4-0 win over Chile in India on Sunday afternoon.

The Liverpool striker played the duration of the contest in Kolkata and was unlucky not to get his name on the scoresheet after a lively display.

England took the lead after just five minutes when Callum Hudson-Odoi slotted home from close range. Jadon Sancho then grabbed a brace after the break before Angel Gomes completing the scoring with a free-kick.

The Young Lions are next in action on Wednesday when they take on Mexico.
