The club won the award for its Red Thread Team’s customer experience training at Anfield.
The Red Thread Team is central to creating, implementing and delivering an inspiring matchday experience. The training team have shaped a programme for all line managers that are responsible for LFC’s matchday operation with over 2800 staff. As a result of the team development, LFC have been able to create a truly unique fan experience for the thousands of fans who visit Anfield.
At the awards ceremony, the club was shortlisted for seven awards including Venue of the Year, Venue Project Award, Best Fan Experience, Executive of the Year, Unsung Hero Award and the Environmental Award.
