Robertson and Wijnaldum were unavailable for the midweek Champions League draw at home to FC Porto, while Henderson suffered a dead leg in the closing stages of that game.
But all three have trained ahead of the trip to Old Trafford. Nathaniel Clyne will not be considered as he continues to build up fitness, according to Jürgen Klopp.
“Robbo is clear. Clyney is still on a very good way, with no further injury since he has been back,” said the manager at his pre-match press conference.
“Hendo, dead leg, looked OK yesterday. Gini is also on the way back and looked good. Him and Ben [Woodburn] lost one or two kilos [due to illness], but should be OK again. It was normal in training.”
Asked specifically when Clyne might be considered for a first-team return, Klopp reiterated the intention to be patient with the No.2’s rehabilitation.
“We can be 100 per cent honest. We don’t have any issues in the right-back situation,” he said.
“Clyney is back but has absolutely no rhythm. Why should I make changes now? Trent is doing really well. For Clyney it is very important that he can still build up, so if there is the moment when we really need him he is ready for that. That’s the situation.
“Nobody wants a player to have a long-term injury but if it happens then sometimes things change a little bit. Clyney didn’t lose a percentage of his quality but he has no rhythm, one match in the last nine months or so. That cannot be the same like it is with the other two boys, Joe and Trent. That’s it.
“He is close to match fitness, of course.”
