Melwood gallery: Reds prepare for special showdown with Chelsea

Liverpool continued their preparations for an historic Premier League clash with Chelsea with a training session at Melwood on Monday afternoon.

The champions host the Blues in their final home game of the season on Wednesday night, and will receive the Premier League trophy on the Kop after full-time.
