Naby Keita returns to the XI in place of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain for the champions in the only alteration made to the team deployed at Arsenal a week ago.
Speaking to Liverpoolfc.com’s Match Centre, Klopp said: “Everybody trained well in the break between the games.
“We will use the full five subs tonight, 100 per cent, but the team looked really good in the Arsenal game. Not in all the decisive moments, but in all the other moments. Having like 70-odd per cent possession is really special and I want to build on that.
“That’s why there were not many changes, but Naby was close last week – is close every week, to be honest. For a few weeks he has been in a good shape, so I thought it fits really well for tonight, for Chelsea.
“We need to be really organised; the most important thing for Chelsea is our midfield press is on our highest level. If it’s not, Chelsea are too good, they play through it and then you have real problems.
“It’s a proper, proper football game and I am looking forward to it.”
Elsewhere, James Milner returns on the bench after a knock, with Klopp confirming: “James is back, Adam is in and all the others, pretty much.”
