Scott Rogers' side will embark on a visit to the south of France to play against UEFA Women's Champions League holders, Olympique Lyonnais as well as facing Montpellier Hérault Sport Club, runners-up in the 2017 French Women’s First Division.
FA Women's Super League champions Manchester City Women will also being competing in the tournament which takes place over three days between August 25 and 27.
In addition to the tournament, there will also be a whole host of activities for supporters including signing sessions and picture opportunities with players from all four teams.
Liverpool Ladies manager, Rogers, said: "We are delighted to be involved in the 2017 Toulouse International Ladies Cup as it is the perfect preparation for the upcoming WSL season.
"It is a fantastic opportunity to play against some of the best teams in Europe as well as providing us with a great opportunity to meet the many Liverpool supporters in France."
