The 28-year-old has previously played for Celtic FC and Glasgow City, Arsenal Women, Bristol City Women and Doncaster Rovers Belles.
She has won more than 50 caps for her country and joins Neil Redfearn’s new-look Reds team to strengthen their attacking options.
"I am absolutely delighted to have signed for Liverpool Ladies and I’m really looking forward to being back in WSL1," said Murray.
"I know what a huge club it is and I cannot wait to make my debut.
"There is going to be a new set of players at Liverpool Ladies for the new season but I know that if the players can gel quickly we will have a really successful season."
Ladies manager Redfearn said: "This is another really important signing for the club and I am looking forward to working alongside Christie.
"She is a real goal threat as well as being technically excellent so will add some creativity to the team.
"Christie also has the experience of playing in WSL1 before with Arsenal Women and Bristol City Women so I am confident that Christie will hit the ground running and become a real asset."
