The former Southampton ace has grown frustrated at his bit-part role at the Emirates and he is desperate to play under Jurgen Klopp at Anfield.
The 23-year-old’s contract expires at the end of next season and Liverpool are hopeful of agreeing a deal with the Gunners, despite Arsene Wenger being keen for the England international to stay.
But should Arsenal play hard ball in negotiations, Oxlade-Chamberlain is ready to force through the move, according to the Daily Telegraph.
Oxlade-Chamberlain believes he will develop as a central midfielder rather than a wide man and he is convinced he would play in that role under Klopp.
Liverpool would be expected to fork out roughly £25million for the Arsenal man, even with his contract so close to expiry.
