Important Information
- All refund requests will be cross-referenced with the aircraft passenger manifest list for each of the cancelled and rearranged flights as listed above.
- If more than one match ticket was bought on the booking we will only refund those whose flights were cancelled or rearranged as listed above.
- All refunds will be made to the card used to make the payment on the original booking and not to the person whose name relates to the ticket (if this is different). No cash refunds will be issued. Refunds may take up to seven days to appear on your bank statement from the time of issue.
- No tickets refunded will be available for resale (either in the UK or in Kiev) as these tickets are non-transferrable under UEFA regulations and therefore fans are asked not to visit the ticket office to try to buy tickets.
