- Spurs general admission ticket ballot extended to 8am on Friday December 11
- Email being sent to all eligible fans today
- Supporters encouraged to check their inbox and spam folders
- Fans will find out if successful or on the waiting list in the afternoon on Friday December 11
The club has extended the general admission ticket ballot to ensure all qualifying fans have had the opportunity to enter it. A small number of supporters have contacted the club who were not aware that the ballot had taken place. An email will be sent today directly to all those eligible in the Liverpool City Region who did not purchase tickets for the Wolverhampton Wanderers game.
Fans are encouraged to check their inboxes and spam folders to ensure they have received the email and details on how to enter. The ballot will remain open until 8am on Friday December 11.
Supporters who enter the ballot will be notified of the results later in the day on Friday via email, with the sale commencing from then until 8am on Monday December 14.
Anyone who has already entered the ballot does not need to re-enter and will also be notified of the results on Friday, once the ballot has closed, instead of today as previously stated.
As with the ballot for the Wolves game, 2,000 supporters can attend this fixture and public health guidance outlines that this ballot is only open to supporters who live within the Liverpool City Region. Fans must also be a season ticket holder or current official Member with 19 credits from the 2018-19 Premier League season who have completed Fan Update.
Fans now have the option of registering for the ballot as a group, with up to three other members of their household or support bubble. This means that all supporters who enter the ballot together will either all be successful together or will all be placed on the ticket waiting list if they are not successful. Fans can also simply enter the ballot as an individual, with the option of buying just a single ticket should they be successful or being placed on the waiting list as an individual.
Any supporters successful in this ballot who purchase a ticket will be excluded from entering future ballots until all other eligible supporters have been successful. If any eligible fans choose not to enter this ballot, then they will still be able to enter future ballots.
Before entering the ballot, fans must refer to a new Supporter Code of Conduct and, if successful, complete a health declaration questionnaire 24 hours before kick-off to ensure they comply with the new guidelines that will be in place to make Anfield as safe as possible for everybody present. The link to this will be sent with the purchase confirmation email but will only be live 24 hours before kick-off.
The club will again be using NFC (Near Field Communication) technology for stadium entry for this game, which means that tickets will be digital and only available on a smart mobile phone. A full guide on how to complete this process and use the pass can be accessed here. These tickets are non-transferrable and cannot be forwarded on to another mobile phone.
Fans can also find more information and guidance on the ballot process and return to Anfield on the dedicated website hub: https://www.liverpoolfc.com/return-of-supporters-to-anfield.
