Faced with a significant delay to their flight out to New Jersey for the second leg of their USA tour, the players had to find ways to entertain themselves.
Music was one, and Daniel Sturridge’s LFC Instagram Stories takeover was another. Some read, some caught up on their favourite TV programmes.
But eventually they returned to habit.
Footballs were retrieved from the aircraft’s hold and several of Jürgen Klopp’s team stretched their muscles with a quick kickabout outside the plane while others watched on.
