Photos and video: Reds touch down in California
Liverpool's 2016 pre-season tour began in earnest on Thursday as the squad touched down in San Jose, California – and we captured a photo gallery and video of their arrival.
An 11-hour flight carried Jürgen Klopp and his players across the Atlantic as they continue a summer schedule which next involves games against Chelsea, AC Milan and AS Roma.
After checking in to their hotel, the Reds quickly set off for a first training session at Stanford University, and later in the day they will make a special visit to Alcatraz Island.
