Liverpool legends Gary McAllister and Ian Rush visited Street Soccer USA in the heart of San Francisco this week to learn more about its impact in the local community.
The power of a simple football pitch is shown by the opportunity it provides to local youngsters – many underprivileged – who can come together and play the game at the facility.
McAllister and Rush, who are in the United States with the Reds as part of the club’s pre-season tour, took a look at the positive work being achieved by those involved.
