Rafael Camacho nominated for PL2 Player of the Season
Liverpool's Rafael Camacho has been named as one of nine contenders for the Premier League 2 Player of the Season award.
The 18-year-old, who also made his senior debut for the Reds in January, was a regular for Neil Critchley’s U23s as they finished fourth in the table.
Camacho is up against Eddie Nketiah (Arsenal), Aaron Connolly (Brighton and Hove Albion), Bassala Sambou and Morgan Feeney (Everton), Elias Sorensen (Newcastle United), Adam Idah (Norwich City), Danny Loader (Reading) and Will Smallbone (Southampton).
The winner will be announced next week.
