Museum and Meal - a great Anfield offer this half-term
Treat the kids to an Anfield experience this half-term with our special 'Museum and Meal' offer, combining a trip to the club's interactive museum, the Liverpool FC Story, with a visit to the Boot Room Sports Cafe.
Pick up an interactive handset from the museum reception and listen as Reds legend Phil Thompson guides you around more than 120 years of history and shares his own memories of playing for and managing the team.
Young supporters will learn all about their heroes and see all the silverware won down the years, and make sure they look out for facts from official club mascot Mighty Red along the way.
And there’s even a penalty shootout game on the handsets for the kids to play.
Don’t forget to stop by our latest exhibition either. The Steven Gerrard Collection is the former captain’s exclusive collection of footballing memorabilia; popular with visitors of all ages, you’ll see his match-worn shirts, England caps, cabinets full of medals, trophies and awards, plus match items from Istanbul 2005.
Then it’s off to the Boot Room Sports Cafe, where adults can choose two courses from the special set menu and children from the kids menu, which includes a main meal plus unlimited trips to the ice cream factory and a soft drink.
If there’s any pocket money left to spare, visit the official club store next door to the museum for souvenirs such as stickers, pens, sweets, badges and keyrings.
Our ‘Museum and Meal’ offer is £17.45 for adults and £12.45 for children (under 16). This offer is available seven days a week between 11am and 2pm or 2pm and 5pm.
