New Season ticket access cards announcement
Liverpool Football Club would like to inform supporters that the new season ticket access cards for 2016-17 have now been despatched and are expected to arrive by Friday August 12.
All season ticket holders will need their new card to access Anfield on matchdays.
To enter the stadium you simply enter your card into the card reader at your designated turnstile.
Old season ticket access cards have now been deactivated and you will not be able to gain access into the stadium with an old card.
All purchase history from your old card has been transferred onto your new card, however you can check your purchase history at anytime by visiting www.liverpoolfc.com/purchasehistory.
Once your new card arrives, you are advised to check the details that appear on the front of the card are correct as any card queries cannot be dealt with at the turnstiles.
If your details are incorrect, please contact customer services on 0151 264 2500.
If you are an existing LFC Official Member and have renewed your membership for the 2016-17, you will not be issued with a new LFC Official Membership card.
Instead, you should keep your existing LFC Official Membership card as you will need to use this to access Anfield Stadium on matchdays for any games you have purchased.
