Liverpool v Arsenal: Travel advice for train users
Liverpool FC would like to remind supporters travelling to Anfield by train this Saturday (March 4) that no rail services will operate in and out of Liverpool Lime Street station due to damage to the tracks.
You can still get to and from Liverpool but your journey may be different. Fans are urged to check before travelling.
Some services to Liverpool are being diverted via Liverpool South Parkway, where you can pick up direct Merseyrail services to the city centre, or Sandhills, where you can pick up the Soccerbus.
For services that stop short of Lime Street or stop at Runcorn, replacement buses will take you to Lime Street. The 917 bus service can be picked up opposite Lime Street Station on St Johns Lane.
Alternative services will be busier than normal and supporters should allow extra time when travelling to Anfield.
