The Eagles to land at Anfield to celebrate 50 years
American rock royalty The Eagles will play at Anfield as part of a summer tour in 2022.
Don Henley, Joe Walsh and Timothy B. Schmit, with Vince Gill and Deacon Frey, will return to the UK to celebrate 50 years in music.
On the tour, the winners of six Grammy Awards will revisit some of their career-spanning classics such as Hotel California, One of These Nights and Life in the Fast Lane when they visit Anfield for one night only on Monday June 20, 2022.
Tickets for the Anfield show and other UK dates will go on general sale at 9am GMT on Friday November 5 via www.liverpoolfc.com/eagles and LiveNation.co.uk.
Liverpool FC season ticket holders, official Members, official supporters clubs and hospitality members will be included in the pre-sale for this concert from Thursday November 4.
One of the most successful bands of the 1970s with a sound that transcends generations, The Eagles have sold more than 200 million albums worldwide, scored six No.1 albums and were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 1998.
