Suarez strikes again
Luis Suarez continued his goalscoring hot streak as he netted in Uruguay's pulsating 4-2 World Cup qualifiying victory against Bolivia on Friday night.
The Liverpool striker needed just three minutes to find the back of the net in Montevideo, in a game in which his Anfield teammate Sebastian Coates was an unused substitute.
Meanwhile, Stewart Downing played for half an hour as a second-half substitute as England confirmed their place at next summer's Euro 2012 finals.
The Three Lions got the point they needed to ensure qualification with a 2-2 draw in Montenegro.
Elsewhere in Group G, Craig Bellamy went the distance to help Wales move off bottom spot with a 2-0 success against Switzerland in Swansea.
There was also joy for Dirk Kuyt, who played the entire 90 minutes to help Holland seal top spot in Group E with a 1-0 home win over Moldova, however Martin Skrtel couldn't prevent Slovakia from falling to a one-goal defeat to Russia.
Meanwhile, Pepe Reina remained on the bench as Spain defeated the Czech Republic 2-0 in Prague.
