1. Information on how to enter and on the prizes, form part of these conditions.
2. All fans who purchase matchday hospitality before 5pm, 16th December 2011, to watch LFC V Blackburn in the Barclays Premier League at Anfield on the 26th December 2011, will be automatically entered into the prize draw to win a hospitality package for four, in The Boot Room Sports Café Anfield, (pre match) for the first home game of the Barclays Premier League Season of 2012-13
3. Entrants must be 18yrs and over.
4. The winner will be notified by email after the random draw has taken place. The winner will have until 20th January 2012 to claim their prize. Failure to respond and/ or provide an address for delivery of the prize may result in forfeiture of the prize.
5. Winners will be responsible for any costs associated with their acceptance of the prize, including travel to and from Anfield.
6. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and employees or family of any of their subsidiaries are ineligible to enter. Any such entries will be invalid.
7. Entrance to the Ground is subject to the rules and regulations of Liverpool Football Club, including the Terms and Conditions of Entry.
8. Prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
9. The Promoter may use the winner's name and image and their comments relating to the prize for future promotional marketing and publicity purposes, in any media worldwide without notice or without any fee being paid.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion as necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control. The Promoter's decision on all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
11. This competition shall be governed by English law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising wherefrom.
