Wigan Athletic fan Paul Farrington provides the view from the DW Stadium ahead of Wednesday's night's Barclays Premier League clash.

How are Wigan fans feeling about our visit?

We're very much in need of points at the minute so we are quite apprehensive. Arsenal and Chelsea have already visited this month and we still have to face Manchester United and Stoke City away so we're in a particularly difficult period at the minute.

Liverpool are very much resurgent under Kenny Dalglish and whilst things may have stalled a little recently there are certainly positive signs for the future.

One song we're bound to hear?

'Al-Habsi is a blue, is a blue, is a blue, Ali Habsi is a blue, he hates Bolton."

At the end of the day nobody likes Bolton and Al-Habsi made the right decision in crossing over to the DW Stadium.

Where can travelling fans get a pint?

The Red Robin on the reatil park next to the ground is welcoming to both home and away fans.

Best and worst thing about a trip to the DW Stadium?

The best thing is the anticipation of an easy three points against a team at the bottom of the league. The worst thing is the reality after the game that we're actually not a bad side.

In all seriousness the best thing is probably the ticket prices and the experience. In terms of Premier League tickets we are very well priced, more than welcome in the present climate, and the matchday experience is superb, especially for younger fans, who get to see some good football despite our league position.

Players we should be worried about?

Victor Moses is our creative dynamo, much in the mould of Charles N'Zogbia upon whom we were so reliant last year. He is such an important player to our team. It may also be worth watching out for Hugo Rodallega who seems to like a goal in the big games.

And players you'll be worried about?

Without doubt it is Luiz Suarez. His form has been superb since moving from Ajax and his movement and speed of thought is likely to rip our defence to pieces.

Best way to beat Wigan?

We're slow at the back and prone to mistakes. Suarez, Bellamy and co are likely to have a field day if the game becomes too open. Hopefully for our sake, it is one of those games where the home stadium is rocking and we can stop the Liverpool side from settling.

Best and worst thing about being a Wigan fan?

The worst thing is the constant reminder from the league table of just how small a fish we are in such a big sea.

The best thing is the same. Wigan Athletic supporters have grown up on non and lower league football, so to be even a tiny fish in the ocean is a big thing for us. We're now in our seventh season in the top flight with a fantastic young manager and we're loving it.

Prediction?

2-2 draw. It'll be a cold winters night and anything could happen. We're desperate for the points and I am following my heart a little too much by going for a 2-2 draw.
