Wolves fan Alex Richards provides the view from Molineux ahead of Tuesday's Barclays Premier League clash.

How are you feeling about our visit?

The signs aren't good. The team has fallen into the bottom three, winning games is proving a problem, and the Villa defeat seems to have really knocked the stuffing out of the supporters. Questions are being asked about McCarthy and the lack of transfer activity. Mick needs a big victory and quickly.

Best and worst thing about a trip to Molineux?

Best thing considering it's a night match should be the atmosphere. When big clubs come to Molineux under the lights, it's always ferocious, noisy and tends to be a cracker. Worst thing for the supporters... Well, there's nothing bad about Molineux!

Where can visiting fans grab a pint and some food?

Anywhere in the city should be good for a pint, whilst there's plenty of places for food (although for some reason Yates's won't let away supporters in - God knows why). Best bet for a burger is definitely one of the outlets around the ground, though.

Why are you having such a disappointing season?

Teams that have come up - particularly Swansea and Norwich - have proved far better than anyone could have expected and whilst other clubs have moved forward, Wolves would appear to have stood still. On the pitch, Roger Johnson's proved disappointing, Jamie O'Hara has struggled with injuries, and they were the only two signings in the summer. The midfield lacks creativity, and teams seem to have worked out that if Jarvis doesn't supply for Fletcher, then we struggle to score goals.

How will Mick McCarthy play it?

McCarthy will probably set the side out in a 4-5-1 formation, as has been the norm recently. Much will depend on if Emmanuel Frimpong is fit enough to play, especially with O'Hara still out and Karl Henry suspended. Most of the play will go through the wingers, Matt Jarvis and Michael Kightly looking to supply Steven Fletcher, who has been excellent this season. Probable XI (4-5-1): Hennessey; Foley, Johnson (C), Berra, Ward; Kightly, Edwards. Frimpong, Milijas, Jarvis; Fletcher.

What's the best way to beat Wolves?

Soak up any pressure thrown your way and counter-attack at pace. Wolves have been very susceptible to over-committing when attacking and being caught in transition by their opponents, especially at home - QPR, Newcastle, Swansea, Sunderland, Chelsea have all caught Wolves with counter-attacking goals.

Players you'll be worried about?

Craig Bellamy. Always causes problems and has been in sensational form this season.

Who should we be worried about?

Matt Jarvis and Steven Fletcher. Quite simply, if Jarvis doesn't create this season, then Wolves struggle to score goals. And Fletcher has improved no end this season, scoring regularly, but his link-up play has proved outstanding also.

Score prediction?

Heart says on an atmospheric evening at Molineux, the home side gets a much needed three points with a 1-0 win. However, the head, knowing of Wolves' defensive limitations and the pressure the manager is under, believes Liverpool steal it 2-1.
