Video: Rush and LFC in Ghana
Liverpool legend and club ambassador Ian Rush is in Accra, the capital of Ghana, to launch the Liverpool Football Club and Standard Chartered coaching clinic - watch our FREE video online now.
The club's record goalscorer travelled out to West Africa accompanied by a delegation from Liverpool FC on Sunday.
Day one was spent taking in the sights and sounds of the amazing city, which is home to around five million Ghanaians, and it soon became apparent that more than a few of them were passionate Reds.
On the second day of the trip, Rush helped launch the first Standard Chartered soccer clinic of the year with a team of Liverpool FC community coaches who were on hand to pass on their knowledge to underprivileged kids from the local area.
Rush then spent the afternoon visiting a local hospital, handing out much-needed hospital supplies as part of Standard Chartered's Seeing is Believing programme.
After bringing day one to a close and appearing on local television, it was time for Rush and the team to settle down and watch last night's Barclays Premier League match at Ewood Park and, as you can see from the clip, it was quite an experience.
The Standard Chartered soccer clinic will continue until Friday as yet another part of the world benefits from the teachings of the Liverpool way.
