FA Cup Kop Talkin'
It was once said that the famous Liver Birds would fly away from their perch the day that Liverpool won the FA Cup. Seven FA Cup final victories on and the iconic statues remain in the heartbeat of the city.
The famous old trophy may have eluded the red men for 73 years, but in 1965 history was made as Billy Shankly's side defeated Leeds United to claim the prize they craved the most.
Liverpool have been involved in 12 FA Cup finals in total, each with their own special memories and stories, and on a special edition of Kop Talkin' we hear from three fans who've lived through most of them.
Claire Rourke is joined by Anfield's Brian Durand, Danny Gibney of Huyton and Tommy Keegan from Mossley Hill to reminisce about the agony and ecstasy the FA Cup has given to Liverpool supporters down the years.
