LFC's Most Exciting PL Games No.52: February 19, 1997. Liverpool 4-0 Leeds United.

Roy Evans side kept up their charge for the Premier League title with a brilliant win over Leeds United at Anfield.

Three goals were scored in the first half thanks to efforts from Robbie Fowler and two in the space of two minutes from Collymore.

The £8.5 million striker proved a real handful to the Leeds defence and after netting the winner the previous week at Derby County, he was a man in top form.

Jamie Redknapp added the fourth as Liverpool remained in second spot in the top-flight.

Anfield icon Ian Rush, now a Leeds player, came off the bench to a standing ovation when he replaced Rod Wallace in the 73rd minute.

Each weeknight during the summer we'll reveal four more from our countdown from 6pm BST on LFC TV. 11-minute highlights will then be available on LFC TV Online the following morning. LFC TV is available FREE to view on SKY channel 434 and Virgin channel 544 (as part of the XL pack).
