Roy Evans's Liverpool moved up to second place in the top-flight with a superb 2-1 win against Arsenal, but all the post-match talk was about a fantastic moment of sportsmanship.

Stan Collymore opened the scoring for the Reds when he followed up Stig Inge Bjornebye's stinging drive.

In the 65th minute Robbie Fowler went down in the box after a collision with David Seaman. Referee Gerald Ashby gave a penalty much to the astonishment of the North Bank. Fowler then sportingly waved to signal it wasn't a penalty but the official wasn't going to change his mind.

The No.9 then saw his spot-kick saved by David Seaman but Jason McAteer was on hand to fire home the rebound for 2-0.

Ian Wright pulled a goal back 12 minutes from time but the points belonged to Liverpool.

Each weeknight during the summer we'll reveal four more from our countdown from 6pm BST on LFC TV. 11-minute highlights will then be available on LFC TV Online the following morning. LFC TV is available FREE to view on SKY channel 434 and Virgin channel 544 (as part of the XL pack).
