His first ever goal for the club direct from a free-kick picked up 53 per cent of the total votes cast.
Raheem Sterling's brilliant individual effort against Bayer Leverkusen came in second place with 15 per cent while Glen Johnson's thunderbolt v Gomel was third with nine per cent.
