One scored the goals that secured Liverpool two European Cup wins and the other ranks among the most prolific of goalscorers ever to wear the red shirt – and there can be no denying that Alan Kennedy and John Aldridge have a tale or two to tell.

Now, you can join them to reminisce over their colourful Liverpool careers on Saturday, September 15 as part of the unique Anfield Experience.

Lasting for six hours and kicking-off with a welcome reception in the Centenary Stand, the Anfield Experience includes a guided behind-the-scenes tour of the stadium.

Guests will pay a visit to both the home and away dressing rooms and will have the chance to follow in the footsteps of their heroes and touch the world-famous 'This is Anfield' sign.

From there, the party will be led out to pitchside and then over to the Kop before moving on to a tour of the club's museum, where in pride of place in its permanent home stands the European Cup.

A three-course lunch will then be served in one of Anfield's executive boxes overlooking the famous turf, during which, Aldridge and Kennedy will drop by to answer questions, chat with the guests and pose for photos.

The legends will also lend a hand in signing any souvenirs and all of those taking part in the Anfield Experience will receive a limited-edition gift.

On September 15, it will be Aldo and Kennedy but on September 21, the club's all-time record appearance holder Ian Callaghan is the special visitor and on September 28, three-time European Cup winner Dave Johnson will greet the guests.

Prices for the day are £75 per adult and £45 for children under 14. The tour is not recommended for those under five.
