Steven Gerrard took time out from a special fundraising event for his foundation to discuss the impact of new manager Brendan Rodgers, the influx of young players into the squad and to explain the work carried out by his charity.
Famous faces from around the footballing and celebrity world took part in the golf day to show their support to the skipper's Steven Gerrard Foundation and before the day began, the 32-year-old spoke exclusively to LFC TV.
"I think Brendan's philosophy and his vision for the club on the pitch is going to be tremendous," he told presenter Pete McDowall as the pair strolled across the turf at The Mere Golf resort in Cheshire.
