If Luis Suarez scores against Swansea today he will become the third Liverpool player in the last 78 years to score in five successive away league games after John Aldridge and John Barnes. Here are some more facts from club statistician Ged Rea.

There has not been a goalless draw between Liverpool and Swansea in the league in Wales while the 0-0 draw at Anfield last season is the only one in 22 league meetings.

This is the first of six games that Liverpool will play away from Anfield in the next 36 days.

Brendan Rodgers was in charge of Swansea 84 times in the league winning 36 of them and 96 times in all competitions with 43 wins.

Joe Allen played 127 league games for Swansea scoring seven times.

The Reds have conceded just two second-half goals in the last nine games in all competitions.

Only Robbie Fowler (with 11) has ever scored more goals in Liverpool's first 12 games of a Premier League season than Luis Suarez (10 this season). Fowler (again) and Fernando Torres are the only other men to reach double figures.

Liverpool are the only Premier League team not to score a goal in the last 15 minutes of a league game this season. They are looking for their first away league clean sheet since April when they won 3-0 at Norwich.

Liverpool are now unbeaten in seven league games, their longest run without defeat since November last year when they were undefeated in eight. Only Manchester City in the top-flight, who have yet to lose, have a longer unbeaten run this season. 

In Swansea debut Premier League season they finished 11th winning eight at home including the scalps of Arsenal and Manchester City.

This season they have won two of their six games at the Liberty beating West Ham 3-0 and Wigan 2-1. Their only defeat came at the hands of Everton 3-0 and they finished with 10 men having had Nathan Dyer sent off.

Leon Britton, along with Garry Monk and Alan Tate has played in all four divisions with the club.  

Chico Flores and Jonathan De Guzman scored their first goals for Swansea in the League Cup win at Anfield last month. Pablo has scored in each of his last two home games.

Six Swans players have featured in every league game this season - Angel Rangel, Ashley Williams, Leon Britton, Michu, Nathan Dyer and Wayne Routledge.

Their win at Newcastle last weekend was their first win in four league games and they have won two of the last 10 in the Premiership.
