Liverpool assistant manager Colin Pascoe has declared a fresh bill of health for the Reds squad for the trip to Manchester City, although new signing Philippe Coutinho must wait for his debut.

At the Reds' pre-match press conference on Friday, the Welshman revealed there were no new injury worries ahead of the clash at the Etihad - with Jose Enrique progressing well after his return from injury.

"Jose Enrique came on on Wednesday and has trained well yesterday and today. He's fighting fit," Pascoe told reporters.

"We're looking good. The two boys have come in - they were good business. What they will bring to the style, the club and the squad will just enhance it."

Brazilian attacker Coutinho will not feature on Sunday, however, and will be assessed next week.

Pascoe added: "He's away at the moment, getting things sorted. On Monday or Tuesday, he'll come here and we'll assess him then."
