JC not considering Europe...yet
Jamie Carragher has not conceded defeat in Liverpool's attempt to qualify for Europe this season but accepts that Brendan Rodgers' side require other teams to falter in the race.
The Reds, who are currently seventh in the standings, would require a fifth place finish in the Barclays Premier League to register a berth in continental competition for 2013-14.
Rodgers' men trail Arsenal by five points and the Gunners have one game in hand, and Carragher insists the Reds are looking no further than West Ham this weekend.
"It all depends on other teams," the defender said. "You just go onto the next game, try and win that and not look too far ahead.
"We have West Ham at home next and they've had a good win at the weekend. So I don't ever look too far ahead and look at the seven games left and Europe."
Other avenues for qualification could become available should Chelsea lift the FA Cup and claim fifth, while the Fair Play League could also benefit the Liverpool cause.
Carragher explained that the focus is simply on winning each of the seven remaining fixtures.

He added: "To be honest, if you asked most of the lads I don't think they'd know what position will get us into Europe this season!
"Sometimes it's fifth, sometimes sixth and sometimes seventh so you're not really sure. All we can do is carry on winning games and see where it takes us."
