'I've improved...but I want to be better'
Jordan Henderson believes he's made significant improvements to his game since joining Liverpool – but stresses there is still much more hard work to come.
The midfielder has flourished under Brendan Rodgers in 2012-13, making 38 appearances so far and scoring four goals.
His form has led to plenty of praise from the manager, fans and pundits, but Henderson believes there's still room for improvement.
"I've improved a lot since I came to the club, which is one of the main reasons I joined," he said.
"I knew it would help me improve as a player and I think I've improved as a person as well on and off the pitch.
"I've just got to keep doing that and keep working hard on the training pitch and off it.
"Hopefully I can keep improving and keep getting more game time.
"I tend to go into games and approach them all the same.
"The main thing is that the team win at the end of the day, even if you don't play well but the team wins, that is the most important thing.
"But, yes, there have been games when I've thought I'd played well and was improving all the time. I just need to carry on doing it."

Meanwhile, Henderson is confident any international commitments this summer will not impact upon his Liverpool form next season.
The No.14 is likely to captain England U21s at the European Championships in Israel in June.
He said: "The maximum number of games you can play is five if you win the tournament so it's not a great deal of games to be honest.
"It will be hard in the heat and the intensity of the games but think I'll be fine for the season."
