Pics: Kvarme shines as Reds win cup
Bjorn Tore Kvarme was in superb form as a team of former Reds were crowned EPL Malaysia Cup champions for the second year running.
Robbie Fowler was the tournament's top scorer in Kuala Lumpur with 10 and Kvarme scooped the best defender award as his marauding displays helped Liverpool beat a team of Malaysian legends, Premier League all-stars and Manchester United to win the cup.
Steve McManaman, Didi Hamann and Jerzy Dudek were all also in action as the Reds emerged 5-4 winners against the EPL all-stars, captained by Dennis Wise, in a thrilling final game.
