Coady and co show the red card
Liverpool U21s captain Conor Coady joined teammates and members of the Reds' ladies side at Anfield on Tuesday to help Show Racism the Red Card.
As part of an annual event hosted by Liverpool, Brad Smith, Ryan McLaughlin, Amanda Da Costa, Whitney Engen and Coady answered questions from an audience of local schoolchildren.
Former Red Howie Gayle was on hand to oversee the event as the players were quizzed about their careers and the work they have been doing as part of the Show Racism the Red Card initiative.
Established in 1996, the scheme delivers training to over 50,000 individuals every year and aims to tackle racism in society by using the status of footballers to help educate young people around the country.
Liverpool show their support by hosting a yearly meeting and on Tuesday, 130 youngsters from 23 different schools were shown a video about the anti-racism initiative.
Plenty of thought-provoking questions were posed by the young audience throughout the afternoon - and the best received prizes in the form of signed Liverpool shirts.
