Reds effective at either end
We've examined the Opta facts and figures from Liverpool's impressive win over Fulham on Sunday and found the victory was rooted in a pair of performances at each end of the field.
In his penultimate appearance for Liverpool, defender Jamie Carragher turned in a typically strong performance at the back - with the No.23 making a match-high nine clearances and winning 100 per cent of his aerial duels.
The 35-year-old was composed with his distribution too, recording 95.5 per cent passing accuracy and keeping his attempts short in length; just six per cent of his balls were delivered long.
At the other end of the field, Daniel Sturridge provided an exhibition in finishing with a hat-trick and the statistics show how the 23-year-old pummelled the Fulham goal throughout the 90 minutes.
Sturridge tried his luck on seven occasions - all from inside the Cottagers' penalty area - with five of those on target and three finding the back of Mark Schwarzer's net.
The striker also surpassed 90 per cent in the distribution department and created two scoring opportunities for a teammate.
