Liverpool Ladies will be out for revenge on Chelsea when they take on the Londoners in the Continental Cup on Sunday afternoon.

Last weekend, Matt Beard's side suffered a 2-1 loss to Chelsea in the Women's Super League, and they hope for better fortunes this time around.

The ladies require just a point to qualify for the next stage of the Continental Cup while Chelsea need the three points.

The game kicks-off at 2pm at Tooting and Mitcham FC.

Beard told Liverpoolfc.com: "From out point of view we only need a draw but we want to win the game and qualify for the next stage. Qualifying is the most important thing.

"Chelsea have to win it and it will be a difficult challenge. We played very well last weekend in the league game but we didn't take our chances and paid the price.

"If we play our normal game and take our chances this time then I'm confident we can get the result we need."
