How to follow Carra's finale

Over the last few months we have also been providing live match updates on @LFC. This will continue on Sunday, starting at 3pm BST when you'll see confirmed team news before anywhere else.
LFC TV
For the best build-up to the game tune into LFC TV from 3pm. Broadcasting live from our Centenary Box 26 position, join Matt Critchley live alongside former Red Jason McAteer as they look ahead to the big match. Claire Rourke will also be a roving reporter at Anfield bringing you exclusive pre-match and post-match interviews. Then at 4pm you can listen to and watch our commentary team - former Reds boss Roy Evans and Steve Hunter. At half-time, Matt and McAteer will provide analysis of the first half.
At full-time, we'll be showing you Carra's last bow in front of the Kop as the team embark on a traditional end of season lap of honour. We also have our post-match phone-in show live from Anfield, meaning you'll be able to have your say on the game as McAteer and Evans reflect on the contest and the 2012-13 campaign.
