LFC TV will be broadcasting live from Anfield when Liverpool take on Queens Park Rangers on Sunday - and you can watch our all-new matchday show on your television or online with an LFC TV Online subscription.

Watch us live from the Centenary Stand's box 26 at 3pm BST as we begin our coverage of Jamie Carragher's final game as a Liverpool player.

Matt Critchley will be joined by former manager Roy Evans and ex-Red Jason McAteer as we countdown to kick off.

We'll have interviews from Alex Ferguson, Xabi Alonso, Rafael Benitez, Didier Drogba and the man himself as we prepare for Carragher's big send-off.

Our reporter will be pitchside, bringing you pre-match interviews, news and that all-important team news.

At 4pm, you'll be able to listen and watch our commentary team Steve Hunter and Evans as the game gets underway at Anfield.

Then, at half-time, Critchley and McAteer will return to provide analysis of the opening 45 minutes before we return to commentary for the second period.

At full-time, our roving reporter Claire Rourke will join the players as they begin their end of season parade.

There'll be interviews on the pitch as Carragher says 'goodbye' to the Kop before we join Brendan Rodgers in the old Boot Room for his post-match press conference.

Afterwards, we'll be hosting a post-match phone-in show live from Anfield, meaning you'll be able to have your say on the game as McAteer and St John reflect on the contest.

Get in touch to give us your views on Carragher's final game, his illustrious Liverpool career and reflect back on the 2012-13 campaign.
