Here are some of the best accompanying comments from voters:
YOUNG PLAYER OF THE SEASON
pete752 - Voted for Raheem..his breakthrough season and he didn't look out of place. Huge step up from the reserves level for a 17 yr old kid and he was visibly improving until the injury started to slow him down.
Leo Suarez - Coutinho. Had he played the full season, he'd have been challenging Suarez for player of the season!
MOST IMPROVED PLAYER
MrLil8 - Carra for me. This season when he got his chance, he stepped up his game on all levels. He's been brilliant in his final 6 months at the club.
Locutus - Nearly voted Downing. He's turned in some quality performances and dug in when he had to. But Hendo edged it on energy levels.
MATCH OF THE SEASON
Gesticular Fortitude - 3-2 v Spurs. Won despite playing poorly for the majority, and came from behind to win.
angelYNWA - Zenit for me, even though we just fell short of the result because of the first leg, it was a game were we dominated and beat a very good team, and the atmosphere was how every home game should be.
GOAL OF THE SEASON
Dr Funkenstein - Suarez v Newcastle was goal of the season for the league. One of those rare moments of true magic in football, when you see something spectacular that defies the limits of possibility.
