Suso stars as Spain beat USA
Suso showed his class as Spain started their FIFA U20 World Cup campaign with a 4-1 win over USA in Istanbul on Friday night.
Playing in an attacking central midfield position, the Liverpool star enjoyed the freedom of the park and his use of the ball was superb at times.
Spain opened the scoring after just five minutes when Jese netted from close range.
Suso then twice went close to scoring in the first half, curling one sublime effort just wide and having another brilliantly kept out by USA stopper Cody Cropper.
Liverpool's No.30 played a part in the third goal with a great pass down the line to set up the attack which led to Jese grabbing his second of the night.
Gerard Deulofeu was also a double marksman for Spain while Luis Gil replied for USA with a fantastic strike.
Spain are next in action on Monday night when they take on Ghana in Istanbul, at 7pm BST.
