Reds legends take on Man Utd
One of football's fiercest rivalries will be revived on Saturday as a team of Liverpool legends lock horns with their Manchester United opponents of yesteryear.
The likes of Alan Kennedy and Ronnie Whelan will be in action at the Spiers and Hartwell Stadium, which is home to non-league Evesham United.
LFC TV regulars Jason McAteer and Mark Wright are also in the Liverpool squad alongside Paul Walsh, John Durnin, Don Hutchinson, Michael Thomas and Howard Gayle.
Meanwhile David May, Clayton Blackmore and Frank Stapleton are amongst the United line-up.
Tickets for the game on July 6 cost just £10 and are available to purchase by calling Evesham United on 01386 442 303. Fans can also pay on the gates; however, supporters wishing to do so are advised to arrive early.
