Date confirmed for County clash
Liverpool's Capital One Cup second round clash at home to Notts County will be played on Tuesday, August 27 with kick-off at 7.45pm BST.
Thursday's draw pitted the Reds against the League One outfit for their first meeting in 20 years. The sides have never previously locked horns in this competition.
The match will also be televised by Sky Sports.
Liverpool have been victorious in the competition a record eight times, most recently in 2011-12 when Kenny Dalglish's team downed Cardiff City at Wembley.
