Rush to bring back tache for Movember
Ian Rush is to grow back his trademark moustache for Movember.
To help launch Liverpool FC's support of Movember, Reds ambassador Rush has committed to growing back his iconic moustache for the month of November.
Kicking the campaign off, Rush visited the LFC TV studios and had a professional shave by one of Liverpool's top barbers, Mark Powell.
One of the main rules of Movember is that all participants must start November 1 with a clean shave.
Rushie and Mark were also joined in the studios by Herbert of the famous Liverpool salon, Herbert of Liverpool, who was able to offer some tips and advice on the rules of Movember and how to achieve the perfect moustache.
Throughout the month, Rushie will be keeping fans updated with his 'mo' across all of the Liverpool FC social media channels and via the website.
Liverpool is encouraging fans to grow their own Rushie tash or to donate money to Movember via the official Liverpool FC Movember page.
