Liverpool Football Club is backing 11-year-old Jack Topping in his bid to raise money for Save the Children and claim the Christmas No.1 spot with charity single 'Tomorrow'.

The Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral chorister recently recorded his debut album, 'Wonderful World', and will now lead Save the Children's powerful Christmas campaign.

Having become the youngest ever singer to be selected as an ambassador for the organisation, the St Edward's College pupil's cover of 'Tomorrow' will feature on the Save the Children television advertisement.

After recently performing at the Royal Albert Hall with his version of Anfield anthem 'You'll Never Walk Alone', Jack sang before the Queen at the BBC's Festival of Remembrance, and then took to the pitch at half-time during the Merseyside derby on Saturday with a rendition of the Beatles' 'Let It Be'.

And, as part of the youngster's campaign to finish top of the charts in the United Kingdom before December 25, Liverpool supporters could win a stadium tour of Anfield for four people simply by pre-ordering 'Wonderful World'.

A distinctly Liverpool theme runs throughout the record, with Jack's own versions of 'You'll Never Walk Alone', 'Let It Be' and 'Leaving of Liverpool' included.
