It's time for Liverpool for the Reds to cross Stanley Park and lock horns with Everton - and as the drama unfolds, Kopites can continue their quest to be crowned King of the Kop by playing online during the match.

We launched a new game during pre-season, which gives fans the chance to gain kudos and win prizes by correctly predicting the every move of their beloved Redmen.

During each Liverpool match that is broadcast live throughout 2013-14, King of the Kop will see supporters around the world test their knowledge by guessing what happens next as the action unfolds.

Correct speculation wins points - and the more you gain, the further you climb up our leader board.

This is how it works. During the game, supporters are asked to predict what will happen on the field next - whether it be a goal, a wide shot, a corner, a throw in, a free-kick or a save.

Before kick-off, gamers can make pre-match predictions, choosing a first goalscorer, the first team to score, the half-time, full-time result and the number of free-kicks or throws in each half.

Fans can also utilise the 'Power Play' button to double the odds when they think they know what's coming next. It greatly improves chances of winning - and was used to perfection by Eddie Morris, from Halewood, who won a signed ball in our pre-season competition.

There will be an overall leader board for all users - and you can test your knowledge against your Facebook friends, who will appear in your 'friends leader board' along with their score.
