Canos nets as Reds tame Wolves
Sergi Canos netted his first goal in a red shirt as Liverpool U18s warmed up for the mini-derby against Everton with a 2-0 win over Wolves on Saturday.
Neil Critchley's side were always in control as they stretched their unbeaten run to seven games.
Alex O'Hanlon netted the opener before Spanish starlet Canos made it 2-0 with a superb lob over the goalkeeper after an inviting pass from Adam Phillips.

Critchley told Liverpoolfc.com: "We weren't at our best today but we got the win and it was nice to see Sergi get his first goal.
"We always had the upper hand but Wolves had some chances in the second half and we were a little bit flat at times.
"We now look forward to the derby with Everton and the lads can't wait for that."
