Liverpool will kick off their 2013-14 FA Cup campaign with a home tie against Oldham Athletic in the third round.

The League One side booked their passage to Anfield by beating Mansfield Town 4-1 in their second-round replay on Tuesday night.

Lee Johnson's side recovered from a one-goal half-time deficit to overcome their opponents from League Two at Field Mill.

As a result, the Reds will host Oldham on Sunday, January 5 with kick-off at 3pm GMT.

Brendan Rodgers' team faced the Latics in the fourth round of the competition last season and suffered elimination following a 3-2 defeat at Boundary Park.

The two teams also met in the third round in 2011-12, when the Reds ran out 5-1 winners at home en route to the final at Wembley.
