Conor Coady is heading to Wembley as he helped Sheffield United reach the semi-finals of the FA Cup after a 2-0 win over Charlton Athletic on Sunday.

The on-loan Liverpool starlet was an impressive performer, playing the full 90 minutes as Nigel Clough's side booked a trip to the national stadium over the weekend of April 12/13 where they will face Hull City.

Coady had a goal disallowed for offside in the first half, while former Academy graduate Ryan Flynn fired the opening goal for the Blades.

It will be a proud day for the Scouser when he gets to Wembley as Sheffield United have become the first League One side to reach the semi-finals of the FA Cup since Wycombe Wanderers lost to Liverpool in 2001.

Meanwhile, there was disappointment for Fabio Borini as Sunderland's Wembley dreams were dashed after a 3-0 defeat at Hull City.

The on-loan Italian international appeared as a 67th minute substitute at the KC Stadium.
