Sturridge stars in brand new 'Kop Kids'
'Kop Kids' makes an action-packed return to LFC TV next week as first-team stars Brad Jones, Simon Mignolet and Daniel Sturridge take centre stage in two brand new episodes of the show made by kids, especially for kids.
The eighth and ninth editions of the unique programme - each filled to the brim once again with entertainment - will premiere on the club's official television channel on Thursday, April 10 and Friday, April 11 respectively.
Taking a quick break from his scoring exploits for Liverpool, Sturridge transfers his personality from the football pitch to the local Anfield Junior School to undertake a hidden camera prank and surprise unsuspecting pupils.
The striker partakes in a trademark spot of dancing, shares his tips and tricks for pulling shapes, and navigates a conversation with a young Everton supporter who is not easily impressed by the Reds goal-getter.
Elsewhere in the new episodes, young reporter Finn travels to the 'Match of the Day' studio, where he meets former Liverpool defender Alan Hansen and makes his case to become the new Gary Lineker.
Goalkeepers Jones and Mignolet, meanwhile, are the latest senior players to attempt a 'Kop Kids' challenge, and finally, the intrepid Finn interviews Liverpool Ladies goal machine Natasha Dowie.
Episode eight will broadcast for the first time on LFC TV at 10am BST on Thursday, April 10, with repeats available later in the day at 3pm and 6.15pm. The ninth show will follow on Friday, April 11 at exactly the same times.
'Kop Kids' is completely free to view via Sky channel 429 or Virgin Media channel 544; click here for information on accessing LFC TV. Both editions will also be available on demand on LFCTV GO.
